Surfando a onda do estilo que surgiu em São Francisco (CA), e que chegou com força total no mercado brasileiro, a Bold Brewing lança, neste mês de dezembro, duas Brut IPAS que prometem agitar o mercado da cerveja e da mixologia.
Para quem ainda não o conhece, este estilo tem por conceito apresentar cervejas mais secas, eventualmente mais carbonatadas, para lembrar um espumante, amargor baixo e aroma intenso de lúpulo. São leves, refrescantes e ideais, inclusive, para a próxima estação que nos aguarda.
E, baseado nessas similaridades com um espumante e usando uma bela dose de criatividade, a cervejaria cearense apresenta duas cervejas pensadas em coquetéis que levam essa bebida na receita original: a Bellini Brut IPA (adição de pêssego) e a Rossini Brut IPA (adição de morango, amora e framboesa). O arremate sensorial fica por conta do dry-hopping de Citra e Mosaic, em ambas, enriquecendo o conjunto.
O resultado dessa alquimia é realmente um presente para este final de ano. Visualmente, são cervejas atraentes, de colorações vivas e marcantes. Foram usados durante o processo, flocos de arroz entre os maltes, para a base ficar mais clara e valorizar a cor das frutas utilizadas. No aroma e sabor, destaque novamente para as frutas utilizadas em cada uma, amargor sutil, e bem refrescantes, o que pede um segundo gole.
São ideais para substituir o tradicional espumante nas festas de fim de ano e brindar os melhores momentos da vida! Com cerveja, é claro.
Bellini e Rossini chegam aos pontos de venda no início do mês, em latas de 473ml, e também na versão em chope. A apresentação para imprensa acontecerá na quinta-feira, dia 06, no Empório Alto dos Pinheiros. Após o bate-papo, o lançamento acontecerá normalmente na casa e com a presença do cervejeiro e sócio, Rodrigo Campos.

A Bold Brewing é uma cervejaria cearense, comandada pelo Rodrigo Campos. A Psychedelic Weisse, uma Berliner Weisse com pitaya e goiaba, já levou medalha de ouro no Festival Nacional das Acervas, na Copa Sul Americana que aconteceu no Chile, e ainda arrematou o prêmio de Best Of Show neste mesmo evento. A segunda foi a Vermont Juicy IPA, sob o estilo New England IPA, e também levou medalha de ouro no Concurso das Acervas NoNeCO, além de medalha de prata no Festival Nacional das Acervas.
